This application incorporates information about the "Itinerànnia" network of footpaths (paths, points of interest, services, etc.), a project that has restored a series of old paths and trails that now link all the countys towns and villages, no matter how small.
This network of paths takes walkers to some of the most interesting natural and culturally relevant sites in the region, and is an excellent way of travelling on foot from the Pyrenees to the sea or, if you prefer, from the sea to the Pyrenees.Nowadays, you can get almost anywhere by car — but with this network of footpaths you can now also get there on foot.
These paths and trails form a network (like a road system) that links the most fascinating sites and landscapes in the region.
The activities, restaurants and accommodation that lie close by these paths and trails provide ample opportunities for resting, discovering the regions cuisine and undertaking any outdoor activity that takes your fancy.
